Can I use Phoca Cart to pass on purchases to manufacturers?

I'm currently using Phoca Cart software to create a market overview. It works really well because I have simply created manufacturers and products, but deactivated the option to buy something.
Now, however, I keep getting purchase enquiries and have to tell people that it is only a market overview of a newspaper, but not a shop (although of course it looks like one).
I also don't want to open a shop with the products shown there.

But ...
... it would of course be great if people could buy something directly from the shop or request a quotation, and this enquiry would then be forwarded to the manufacturer, who would take care of everything. I would then only receive a commission.

Is this possible with Phoca Cart?

Hi, for now, there is no such feature. Phoca Cart 5 will get new feature where you can define product vendor but for now there is no connecting directly to some manufacturer website (with included information about the url source).

Hi Jan! Thanks for your reply and maybe this might be something interesting for the future as this could be a special kind of affiliate feature for blogs and magazines.
