Realname instead of username in comments?

in the comment is always the username, even when I have set to show the realname. How can we change this?

Hi Jan,
I tried with the 5.0 Beta, but now I installed 5.0 stable and it is like I wish. (Perhaps I did not see before a part of the menue options.
