How to Rename Section Headings on Front End?

Hello, Can I rename 'Category' and 'Product' on the Front End?
I am setting up an online Art originals Gallery , so instead of 'Category' I'd like 'Artist' and then each artists name as a 'category' ; Instead of Product I'd like something like 'Item' or 'Work'

PS I am new to Phoca Cart; on other sites I've used Eshop. However here I think Phoca Shop can be better as it is simpler and there will be relatively few items.

Hi, I added some Joomla language overrides, using the section in Joomla setup, but this hasn't changed anything. Is there a way to change language values directly in the component, as there is in Joomdonation Components?
