I posted about this before and it might affect others. Using hotjar I can see people not knowing where to go here.
If there is just one payment method then why do we need to click save?
Also the page jumps to the top after each 'save' this is bad UX.
Please get me your email developers so I can send the video to you.

Maybe more knowledgeable users will give a better answer but in the mean time, why not change the buttons to Next instead of Save?
Yes it's an extra click but it also reminds the users that they will be redirected to PP soon.

Hi, there are more options to set:
a) you can set that the page will scroll down after saving the method, so each part is done, the site scrolls to next part
b) with language override you can change the button names to your own string
c) you can even skip selecting payment method if there is only one:
etc.
