[bug] Search option only hidden/disabled with the plugin

Hi.
In the general settings of the OpenStreetMap tab, you can choose whether to display the search on the map.
If the map is displayed by a Phoca Maps menu link, the Search function appears anyway, regardless of whether the option is enabled or disabled.
On the other hand, if the map is displayed with the plugin in an article, the Search option is taken into account.
