folder permissions

Hi,

I am confused by these instructions:

"Set folder permissions - permissions of folders which are created by Phoca Gallery except the main 'phocagallery' folder (image/phocagallery). This folder is created during the installation and is set to 755 (you can change it manually in your ftp client)"

The main 'phocagallery' folder (image/phocagallery) is 755 and every folder under it is 755. Is this correct or do I need to change the phocagallery permission or anything else, and if so, what do you recommend, please?
