A question for using delivery dishes

I have a question, I have a store that uses J2store but there is no update and I think they have a problem to upgrade all they apps and plugins and me security vulnerabilities.

I would like to switch this site to Phoca Cart but I am stuck on one point :

Users must be able to give a desired delivery date and time, and of course it would be necessary to block past dates and allow a certain range of possible delivery times.

For example :

Monday no delivery
Other days from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

So it would be a reservation system, cash on delivery, free delivery

Any idea?

Idk about reservation ... do you mean that when 5 customers already ordered for Tuesday e.g. then it shouldn't be available any more because you can only handle 5/day?

If not that, could you perhaps add a Form Field, with a List or Radio type?

There is no limit on availability or ordering, on the current site the limit is set at 200 per day for each product.

The best would be a date field, and a list of times when delivery is possible (radio or check). And it would be to display them above the order button. But I can not

I need to override the product page but the date field is already not displayed in the description tab, so before doing an override I need to resolve this problem
