Hi, can I see it live somewhere? Did you change the thumbnail size and recreate the thumbnails?

Yes, but I can't send you a private message, I don't have permission.

I tried different things, didn't change anything, changed the thumbnail sizes and recreated the thumbnails.

I looked at the code on the Phoca Gallery demo, it uses Gantry Framework, not Bootstrap.

In fact it does not matter if Gantry or Bootstrap is used, the Phoca Gallery ouptut is not made by Bootstrap but own CSS, so it depends on if it just fit to the box, see example of Bootstrap template (it is Masonry effect, only the thumbnails have the same height):

Yes, but it feels like something is overwriting Phoca's CSS.

Add more images to gallery, there are only 4 and in Masonry, the images are set by columns so we don't have enough images on that site to see the feature completely.

Thank you!
3 columns start working with 5 images and now I understand why.
I apologize for wasting your time.

Maybe this should be written in the description, because when choosing a gallery, you test its functions with a minimum number of images.
For example, indicate that in Masonry Grid sorting occurs as follows:

1 3 5
2 4 6
