Email to vendor in Phoca Cart

I would like to send an email to the vendor of a product, when order status is "completed". The idea is that the vendor delivers the product to customer.
I could set all vendors mail adresses in the mail form, but than alla vendors would get delivery notes to all others orders too.
Is there a way to send the mail with delivery notes, only to the vendor of the product in an order?

Should be Manufacturers, not vendor.

Hi, yes, for now you can define the email directly - to where the email will be sent, so this is not based on ordered products. So this needs to be customized directly in the code. The question is what should happen when in one order more items from differents manufacturers are set.
