Good day,
I have a Joomla 4 site that cannot be upgraded yet to Joomla 5 because it is no a shared server. The updates page is telling me to update to Update to Phoca Download 5 but the website states that version 4.0.9 is the highest I should go.
Am I OK to upgrade to 5 or not?

Hi, I have running Phoca Download 5 on Joomla 4 site without any problem. It even depends on PHP version but mostly, it is OK to run Phoca Download 5 on Joomla 4.
