Hello,
Phoca Gallery 5.0.2 / Joomla! 5.1.4 / PHP 8.2.23
I create photo galleries on the website via the front-end, including recording photos. If I get confused and want to delete 100 photos at once, there is no mass deletion option on the front-end - is it possible to set this function?
So I delete the photos in bulk in the back-end administration, but I found out that the original photos from FTP are not deleted, so it is not possible to upload the same photos again from the front-end.
Is it a setting problem or some kind of error?
Regards, Milan

Re: Original photos are not deleted from FTP
Hi, see: viewtopic.php?t=65866 - the info about different database and filesystem layer. The image is not deleted when deleting image in administration because it can be used by other part of the system (Phoca Gallery - another category or articles, etc.). To delete images completely from server, e.g. Phoca Commander can help.
