What do you mean with "existing form field calendar"?

When looking through all the phoca cart options I see in the menu "Form fields" there it's possible to create a calander/date field and there is an option to display it at shipping but I can't seem to get it to display.

Hi, form fields are fields displayed in user address, not fields displayed in shipping or payment.
