Hello!
I have the same problem, not present in the old versions with J3, J4.
The file search (any extension, pdf, zip, docx) does not find any results if I search for the file name, this happens if the file name is not present in the title name or other field.
In fact, the smart search does not indexing the file name, only on all the other fields present in the phocadownload file.
I can't find a solution, I'm not very familiar with php code, any suggestions?

Re: Problem indexing with Pocha Download Finder Plugin
Hi, this is much more a question on Joomla core developer if there is a way to search e.g. Phoca Download filename in smart search. This was possible in standard search but hard to say if this is possible in Smart Search.

Re: Problem indexing with Pocha Download Finder Plugin
OK,
i solved it by installing the old Joomla search module, it is available using a free J5 compatible component, Remsearch Package 2.3 (Link: https://remository.com/downloads/view-startdown/698/)
thank you
