Fatal error Phoca Gallery Menu Module

Hi,
I have added the Phoca Gallery menu module v2.2.1 on a site. If on this site on this position already there are other modules (mod_latestnews) I see Fatal error: Cannot redeclare menudown() (previously declared in /www/vhost006/htdocs/modules/mod_phocagallery_menu/mod_phocagallery_menu.php:93) in /www/vhost006/htdocs/modules/mod_phocagallery_menu/mod_phocagallery_menu.php on line 135.

If on this position there is only Phoca menu module all works.

As it can be corrected?

Hi, try to download and install the menu module again (I have renamed some functions so they should not be in conflict with some other extensions) Try it and let me know.

This error is shown only if modules stand horizontally (in Content Top position)
