an't show description in detail view

I have set Options>Detail View>Display Caption to "Title and Description",but only the title shows. The description does show in the thumbnail view. What am I doing wrong?

Joomla 5.2.3 ..

Detail View Settings
Detail Window>Photoswipe
Display Caption>Title and description
Display Description In Detail View>Show Standard)
Display Title In Description>Yes

I have just rebuilt this in my test environment with the frontend template Cassiopeia and these Phoca Gallery options, and it works as expected...

If it doesn't work for you, switch to Cassiopeia for testing.

Hi,
Good suggestion. It does work correctly with Cassiopeia. Not sure where to go from here. I'm using a template created with Template Toaster. The template has been working with CK Slideshow and DJ-ImageSlider, but I have not tried the title or description wth either of them.

Hi,
Try to contact the developers of TemplateToaster and ask them why their template behaves different to the Joomla! standard template. And how you can improve this misbehavior.
