I have a similar problem like in a previous post which is marked as solved but apparently I’ve another reason for the failure. I’m using Joomla 5.2.4 with the Helix Ultimate as a template. I’ve added the following code to the article: {phocamaps kmlfile=1|view=map|id=2} and get the following message when I display the page (article): Map Error - Check latitude and longitude values in Map Settings.
I have not added any latitude od longitude values and only added the kml file name in the advanced settings (Google Maps) in the Map Section of the Phoca Component,
Íve tried different ways (sequences) to put the code in the article but nothing helps. Ím at the end of my wits.
KML File doesn’t display

Re: KML File doesn’t display
Hi, what happens if you add the long and lat to the map options?

Re: KML File doesn’t display
Thanks. I did that and the map appears. Great, but I was surprised as I was of the opinion that both long and lat are already included in the kml file.
