Not working!

Post by jacksun »

Hi Jan, I have been through the board and done everything I have found and still I cannot get this to work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, activated the plugin, installed different fonts, checked permissions, verified my PHP is the right version, turned on/off SEF, and add suffix to url on/off all to no avail.

I get a 404 from IE, and a not a supported file type or file is damaged error in FF3. Even if I download the pdf, then try to open it I get the same error. When I use force download I get no response from IE8.

Please help!?!?

Try to disable the SEF so I can see the link to PDF.

Jan, I turned off sh404sef and now it is working. Unfortunately I need to have the SEF running so how do I accomplish this?

Thanks,
Wayne

Hi, yes I see, as the Phoca PDF works as the "hack" ... it tries to find the link to pdf and then it tries to modify it, there is problem :( It works for standard SEF but maybe for other SEF methods there needs to be written some plugin :-( :-(
