Full size picture i article

Hi

I want to place a random images in an article on the frontpage. The site is not fixed. So i want to size the picture to width 100%. It has to be the original picture. Not one of the thumbnails.
I place the modul in the text via a plugin.

Anyway I can do this? If not I wish to do so in further release.
