cannot instal update - Random images

Dear All
Not sure if this is the right form section, but here goes.
I was told to update things and when I try to update I get teh following error:-

Module Install: Another module is already using directory: "/home/pssa/penarthdistrictscouts.org.uk/site/modules/mod_phocagallery_random_image"

No help on the help pages, so can anyone help please?

Unistalled present mod and then installed new one.
