How to get VAT (mwst) into the calculation of the delivery

Hi!
In germany everybody needs the VAT calculated on the delivery cost, no matter if DHL or Deutsche Post (totally taxfree)makes the job for You, if one has a VAT ID, he has to calculate the VAT anyway.
So, where is the button on which I can press to have the VAT onto the delivery calculated also?

Does anybody know??

Also, in the invoice, the VAT will be written down.
What is the connection there?

Does it all come from the jos_vm_shipping_rate_vat_id?

Hi, all values are taken from VM tables and if there is such value in VM but not in the invoice, you need to customize the template
