Cannot easily remove Price Prefix ...

Price Prefix in Parameters cannot be left blank. Defaults back to '...'

Editing the config.xml I was able to remove it from Parameters setup, but this does not stop them showing in the menus.

Had to use .pmpriceprefix { display:none; } to hide them.
To remove them from the PDFs requires editing each view.pdf.php file

Ok, I will change it to "" in some new version in view files, so it can take the "" value from config.
