installation fine but with manual copy?

Hey Jan, thnx great j extension!
While installing on several j v 1.5x sites I encountered the issue while installing that 2 files weren't copied properly:

Phoca PDF was not successfully installed:
Folder was not created: /is/htdocs/xyz/libraries/joomla/document/phocapdf
File Not Created: /is/htdocs/xyz/libraries/joomla/document/phocapdf
Destination: /is/htdocs/xyz/libraries/joomla/document/phocapdf/index.htmlFile was not copied, please copy the file manually
Quelle: /is/htdocs/xyz/administrator/components/com_phocapdf/files/phocapdf/phocapdf.php
Destination: /is/xyz/joomla150/libraries/joomla/document/phocapdf/phocapdf.php

I guess this is a rights issue, I just did the work manually and everything is fine ... even though I wasn't sure which "index.html" file was meant, the one in joomla/document/phocapdf or the \com_phocapdf_v1.0.1

Hi, yes the manually installing is OK, the index.html file is an empty file you can find in most of joomla folders, so just copy this file there.
