The email field

Hi there
I use Phoca Guestbook v1.3.0 beta
the field of email dont appear (all parameters are ok)
any idea ?

Where did you change it? In Default Settings or in Parameters component?

I made a mistake
I had 2 links (main menu and top menu) I forgot to modify parameters for the top menu link
Now it's ok and I am sorry
