error messages in Media Manager

Hi all
For some reason, I am getting the following error messages when I open Media Manager in Joonla which appear to be related to Phoca Gallery

Can anyone advice please as to what I need to do to clear these errors?

It appears the folders created for Phoca Gallery do not have the proper permissions for Media Manager to work. Check the permissions, via FTP, and adjust as necessary.

I have got the same error
I have checked the phoca gallery folders permision and all folders has got 777

Just deleting the folder called "xxxx-upload-5a4f" into images/phocagallery/
