Phocagallery Plugin : External Link from picture & overlip

1. How Can I get the possibility to link each picture to an external link ?
in the options I cannot see an external link

2. I set the overlip option to 2, but when I put mouse over the picture, I only get the site name, and not the picture description as I whish.

1) you can use external links e.g. to donwload or some other site. If you want to use external images there is no such option. Since 2.6.0 version you can use external images from Google Picasa, but be avare 2.6.0 is development version:

2) Did you change it in parameters component?

I can link each image to an external website & overlip works fine in PhocaGallery, BOTH issues are when I'm using the PhocaGallery plugin meaning using the code when crerating a document

In my article I put:

The external link is not yed included, but what about the overlip? in the features wrote: Overlib effect (You can display description or image or both in small popup boxes - tooltips), please check the code and let me know why the overlip doen't work with the plugin

I really sorry I need to ask you again to check the Plugin Overlip, I did a mistake and checked in the wrong place, meaning in the phoca gallery (not in the plugin)
I checked the code:
