Slideshow vs Menu problem

I really love your extensions, Thanks a lot for sharing them.
I have a problem with the slideshow and top pull down menu, The menu is displayed behind the slideshow so it can't be accesed.
Is there any way of forcing the slideshow to be behind.
I tested it whith JA_Purity template and have the same problem. In Firefox and IE 8 sometimes there is no problem, but in IE7 the menu is always displayed behind.

Could you help me, please?.
