Errors in both Guestbook en Gallery

After installing the Guestbook I received the following errot messages:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in W:\www\voixla\voixla\libraries\joomla\database\database\mysql.php on line 312

And trying to create a guestbook also resulted in an error.
When trying to install the gallery I received the first two lines of the erros message.

Could you help me out?

It looks like Phoca Guestbook has no table in your database. Look at your database if there is a table called #__phocaguestbook_books, #__phocaguestbook_items (jos_phocaguestbook_books, jos_phocaguestbook_items)

Indeed, no tables present. I've entered the install.sql file manually in phpAdmin and now it seems to work fine!

Great, the first problem is solved, the next one comes up!
When trying to post a comment in the guestbook a 404 error occurs:
The requested URL /voixla/voixla/gstnbk&Itemid=10 was not found on this server.

gstnbk is the name of the guestbook, and it seems to me that part of the url is missing. Same sort of error occurs when I use the gallery and I want to enlarge the image: The requested URL /voixla/voixla/smoelenboek&id=1-Forest&tmpl=component was not found on this server.
smoelenboek is the name of the gallery.

Could you (again) help me?

Please don't use SEF, because SEF is still changing...

The situation is following... SEF and URL creating is still changing in Joomla! 1.5 framework ... so e.g. RC3 and Phoca Guestbook works with URLs which will be not working in RC4 or last SVN...

Please disable SEF and let me know if the problem persists.
Let me know which version of Joomla! 1.5 RC3 do you use?

SEF was already disabled, this is what the system information gives me:

When trying to post a message in the guestbook the url is: http://localhost/voixla/voixla/gstnbk&I ... iew=phocag uestbook&id=2&Itemid=10

The error is:
The requested URL /voixla/voixla/gstnbk&Itemid=10 was not found on this server.

When enlarging an image the url is:
http://localhost/voixla/voixla/index.ph ... ory&id=1&I temid=11

The error is:
The requested URL /voixla/voixla/smoelenboek&id=2-Smoelenboek&tmpl=component was not found on this server.

As you can see I'm testing it local.

By the way, I think the url for gallery is the url of the list, that works fine, nut the enlarging doesn't. The modal window doesn't give me it's own url
