lot amount of pictures

OK so here's the problem:

I uploaded 20k pictures, at the beginning it was working fine but it kept getting slowly...
When i started adding pictures it was taking me about one second to get into the gallery menu, but after i added few 7/8 thousands i got stuck, gallery from menu isn't loading. I get no errors under firefox (blank page) and "cannon find server" under IE.

If i remove the component and install it again it works fine (until i add few thousands images)

Do you have any advices for me ? :>

Aha Im using newest joomla and phoca gallery (installed yesterday)

Yes, I have, see the Phoca Gallery User Manual

"If you have a lot of images, you should enable the Pagination Thumbnail Creation parameter in Default Settings before you add images into the gallery...."

It is your server and your GD library which creates the thumbnails, so it depends on your server how they will be created ...

Please enable the Pagination thumbnail creating for easier checking of your thumbnail's creation ...

Even if i have done all thumbnails before ? I done it by making 2k thumbnails then i reinstall phoca and make another 2k I thought it might help because phoca wouldn't have had to make thumbs, just add pictures/thumbnails to the categories, anyway I'll try it and tell the results in 10 minutes
