PicLens arrow doesn't show

I upgraded my gallery to 1.6.4 and install the PicLens plugin both ie and firefox but the Piclens "arrow" never shows. It works on other sites and yes, it is enabled in my config. Any ideas?

SOLVED: Seek and you will find...
4) Go to Phoca Gallery - Categories - Select category (or all categories) - Click on PicLens Button (top right) to create PicLens RSS file(s)

Edit: And I see that control buttons are a bit off the bottom edge with "show comments" on in modal window.

Hi, if you use description, you can enlarge you modal box window...

in parameters component

hmm, strange, I cannot change the size... I have set all boxes to 1024x768 but they remain the default size. Nor can I turn off modal box but I can change opacity and turn comments on and off. Where's the settings stored? db or file?

Did you do the changes in parameters component in menu link ....

hehe, ok. No. Now it works fine. A bit wierd to have global and Component menu settings overriding. I still think this is becoming the best Joomla gallery available. Keep up the good work. Thanks for a great gallery.

btw, I saw the "hits" column in the db. When can we expect to see it counting?
