Error when entering PhMaps menu

Hello,
Intallation is succesfull but there's a message that I don't understand. It appears in the top when I enter the main menu.

Message is as follows:

Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\wamp\www\GEC\libraries\joomla\database\database\mysql.php on line 344

Do any of you know where the problem is?

NOTE: I'm working locally.

Hi, what you mean exactly with "I enter the main menu."?
