Error when I click on the Thumbnail

Problem: Error when Click on a Thumbnail on a page useing the Plugin.

On this Page:

The Plugin Code:
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=14|limitstart=0|limitcount=0}

Shows the thumbnails fine, but when I click on a thumbnail, I get a error
Firefox & IE:
500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: phocagallery,html,phocagalleryView

When A menu Item links Directly to the Category, like here:
http://handicappedpets.com/www/index.ph ... hairs.html
it works fine.

Later: Finding it works with |Detail=5
but that doesn't display the videos.

Hi, the same problem you get while clicking on back button to categories. Did you create a menu link to categories. Try to resave the parameters of menu link to categories if it exists.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that if another menu item on the site is set up to go this page then this should solve the problem - re-saving the menu item should help.

This does not seem to work.

This menu item:
17 VIDEOS: Dogs in Wheelchairs Published Public Phoca Gallery » Category 524

points to the same video category and works fine. I have recreated it and resaved it.

Yet sill, on this page:
http://www.handicappedpets.com/www/inde ... cle&id=402
that has the category pointed to, above, gives an error when I click on a thumbnail.

Of Interest: If I set the display as JS Highslide, the thumbnail works, but t just shows the picture, not the video.

If you can give me troublsheooting tips, I would appreciate it.

Hi, the url on your site is wrong - on the site there is not used sef but in the link to detail, there is used (maybe the www in the url can do problem for sef creating too), there is no itemid too in the article

Sorry, that makes no sense at all. It seems like the whole gallery is is messed up, even after reinstalling. Pictures only show up in highslide.
It seems you are suggesting that the problem may be sef... but I don't see what I can do.
And this worked fine until I upgraded.

The best example I can give is at the bottom of this page:

the links do not work, although they are formatted with the plugin

Worked fine on the older version, but I can't 'downgrade'
and the plugin does not work at all.

Maybe I can rebuild this again from scratch if you can tell me how to erase this version.

Hi, try to check if all menu links to gallery are resaved (after upgrade - re save the menu link settings) so the itemid is active, try to see this:
