phocagallery - gd libary - suse 10

hi, i installed joomla 1.5 and the latest phocogallery.

when i try to add pictures to a category i get an error:

Phoca Gallery is creating thumbnail(s) now. Please wait...

Creating of thumbnail P7080004.jpg ... Error
(bilder/1GebAndy28Katrin16/P7080004.jpg)

(Re)creating of thumbnails is running now, please wait...
Error Message: Phoca Gallery cannot create folder (please change the permissions of image/phocagallery folder)
What to do now : Ã‚Å¥ If you have fixed the problem caused by

* Image (wrong type or broken image) - remove the image or upload new image via e.g. FTP
* GD Library (not correctly working GD library, not working GD functions) - install or reinstall GD library
* Permissions (no rights to write files or folders) - change the permissions of image/phocagallery folders on your server,

you can go back to Phoca Gallery. Phoca Gallery will try to create the thumbnails again.
Go to the Phoca Gallery
Ã‚Å¥ You can close this box and solve the problem e.g. in Media Manager or via FTP.
Go to the Phoca Gallery

GD Libary is installed, the folder images/phocagallery has chmod 777 .

Someone got an Idea?

try to remove the picture, maybe it is not correct for GD

it's an jpg and there are more pictures. it work's with no picture.

Did you set the 777 permission for parent folder too.

- images
- images/phocagallery

In case of this message, Phoca Gallery cannot create the thumbs folder...

Yes, all folders are set to 777.

I created the thumbs folder and set it to 777 too.

Maybe there is a problem with this new server?
I tested Joomla 1.0.x with Zoom. Zoom says it can't move the file.

Maybe, see the permissions for this server...
