Now it's ok.
I have no problem anymore.
How can I install a french pack traduction ?
I put "fr-FR.com_phocagallery.ini" and "fr-FR.com_phocagallery.menu.ini" in the folder /language/fr-FR/ But after ?

This is all you should do, If you have set the french language (in front, in backend) for your Joomla! site, you should get french words in Phoca Gallery...
