Phocamenu links

Post by cocumocu »

Hello,
When I have some lists defined(for example in beverages), when I want to link the menu, I select Beverage, and from the parameters, I select which list(s) I want to link.
What if I want to make a page (article) with all the links available.
I mean to have in the menu a link to an article, and in the article links to lists:

Salads
Aperitives
Chicken
etc

Thank you.

I ment manually in the article, but my question was how can i have a link to a list ?
Practically, what should I write in the <a href ?
I saw in the viewbeverage model view that it uses the parameters from the menu, which defines what list(s) to show.
...if I understood well the script.

Hi, this can be set in menu link to beverage list (so you will set only one list) then you will copy this link.

The link from the menu is for the whole beverage list, not only for a list.
The idea is to define just a menu link: Meniu
When I click on this menu option, this is a link to an article.
The article looks like:
Salads
Soups
Meat
etc
Each one of these should be a link to a list defined in beverages

Hi, sorry I don't understand. Do you run latest Phoca Restaurant Menu component. In the component you can create menu links to beverage list and you can set in paramters basics the only one list e.g., see:

https://www.phoca.cz/documents/52-phoca- ... parameters (parameters - basic)

Yes, the trick is that I don't want to create menu link.
Because the menu will become huge. (a lot of lists)
So I wanted to have at "Meniu" just a link to an article.
And in article to have all the links to the lists.

Hi, generally, you can create links without menu link in article but the links cannot be SEF links. If you wants to add some SEF link to article, you need to copy it from menu link as SEF links are created by menu links, see:

I am not sure I understand.
I have defined 30 lists in beverage.
Because these are too much for menu links, I decided to not create them in mainmenu, but create an article and put there links to these lists.
I did not found a way to do this. Is it possible ?
