I have an idea:

Is it possible that unregetriert useres can see only 10 or 20 pictures and if they want to see more they must login?

no... you can use links to disable the gallery for non registered users... but not that only first 10 or 20 will be displayed...

Hi, try new version (1.6.7)

* Added Public/Register/Special Access behaviour for categories. You can define that e.g. only registered users can see the category.
* Category can be displayed only for specifed user(s). You can define, that only User X or User Y can see the category.
* You can hide or display the back button in category view (e.g. if you use breadcrumbs).
* TinyMCE editor added into a description of an image. The text can be formatted.

Ja, das mit den z.B. 5 Bildern auf der ersten Seite wird sehr kompliziert... , du kannst aber z.B. einige Bilder ins Content geben und dann ein Link zu Gallery erzeugen...
