The translation for the Greek language is continuing.. Right now is 85% complete.
As soon as it is complete, I will submit it here for the developers of Phoca Gallery (in a complete installation package).

I have already installed phoca gallery and i just need the Greek Translation for the frontend, so i just need to upload the files ''el-GR.com_phocagallery'' and ''el-GR.com_phocagallery.menu'' in which folder exactly???

You dont need to extract any files, just install the translation zipped package with Joomla's own installer.

Since you don't have the Greek language already for Joomla installed, you may not install any Greek translation files for Joomla extensions.
