Thumbnail Question

I have a quick question and I am sure someone can easily answer this. I have made sure that the GD Library is installed I get no errors when I multiple add images but I get no thumbnails. I checked the images -> phocagallery and I did not see a Thumbs Directory so I created one and made sure the permissions were set to 755. I deleted all the images from phocagellery and also from media manager. uploaded them again and did another multiple add but I still do not get any thumbnails. Any suggestions would be great.

Got it. Uninstalled Phocagallery and reinstalled and now it seems to create the thumbnails. Thanks

jajaja, I did the same thing and now it works well.
