not generating pdf

did you enable Phoca PDF Content Plugin in backend?

I already activated in the backend, I set the layout with the logo, however, when I click the pdf does not appear that the layout was done in pdf Phoca still showing the old one without the logo.
How do I get it to generate the pdf only by Phoca pdf?

Hi,
clear your cache
check if Phoca PDF Component and Phoca PDF Content Plugin are the same version.
check reqirements

Phoca PDF requires PHP 5 version installed on your server (because of newest TCPDF library)

I cleared the cache of joomla and internet browers.
I checked the versions of PHP, the plugin and components:
PHP Version: 5
Components and plugin: 1.0.5

Please try this setting. If this don`t work, try to disable SEO for testing.

It worked!

The settings you asked me to put that I worked.
Insert them and then wiped the cache joomla.
The icon appeared in pdf form!
