Re: I can not translate the Phoca Maps
translate only backend joomla, but in f=rontend no:
continue in form From Address: and get route,
the correct would origem: and rota or similary in portuguese

Re: I can not translate the Phoca Maps
Hi Gilberto,
you need to install the portuguese translation for joomla frontend too and set it to default, to get the portuguese language file for Phoca Maps to work.
Kind regards,
Benno

Re: I can not translate the Phoca Maps
Hi,
1. Install brasilien translation for joomla
2. Rename your downloaded Phoca Maps language files from pt-BR.com_phocamaps.ini and pt-BR.com_phocamaps.menu.ini
to
pt-PT.com_phocamaps.ini and pt-PT.com_phocamaps.menu.ini
Copy the language files to your language folder. See: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/46-transl ... -in-joomla
Both should work.
Kind regards,
Benno

Re: I can not translate the Phoca Maps
I have run into the same troubels.
I'm using J2.5.8 and the latest version of Phoca Maps.
I've downloaded and installed the language pack. I've checked that the files are in place and I've checked that I have set the site default language to the right language.
I even went into the english translation and changed there, but it still dosn't show me the right words.
I then tried to go into the tmpl folder to edit default.php to hardcode it in. And it still dosn't work.
I've cleared my cache and that didn't mather. I've tried different browsers that never hit the site before. Still nothing.
Is there a grand great big secret thing I have to do to translate "From address" and "Get route"?
