creating new favicon

Hi this is my first time trying to use this and I am using Joomla (which I am also new to), the problem is that when I try to create a new favicon I get the following error: JFTP::store: Bad response, followed by Phoca Favicon successfully created. So is this a joomla issue or a Phoca issue? Anybody know what I did wrong?

Hi, it is your server issue (not Phoca nor Joomla!), you should check permissions and ownership of files and folders on your server, (try to search this forum (permissions or ownership) or joomla.org forum)
