Slideshow does not show images

Hi,

I have installed phoca gallery 2.7.1, phoca image 2.7.0 and phoca slideshow 2.7.0 only to be seen for registered users.

If I am on the internal network I can see the pics in the slideshow using firefox but if I am coming from outside the internal network (intranet), through the internet, I see nothing.
The same with Chrome or IE8 but then it does not matter if I am on the internet or intranet, I just see no pics.

Can you help me with this problem.

Both the component and plug-ins are activated.

I can see the photo's through the component on internet and the intranet. I also use phoca images and that also works with intranet and internet, so I don't understand why the slideshow is not showing the picture through internet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, sorry no idea there, no experiences with such behaviour, if you will paste a link here, maybe I can tell you if I see the slideshow - for testing.

If you could send me your e-mail adres and will post you the log-in routine so you could see for your self.

Although I made a misstake in describing the error.

The slideshow is visible in Firefox but not in IE8 or Chrome. Maybe that will give you an indication with regard to the error.

Maybe you should check, if there is not loaded other javascript which can be in conflict with the slideshow, try to check all other extensions (testing with basic template, check modules and plugins - e.g. disable for testing, etc.)

Yes, it was a conflicting peace of javascript.

I had some swaping pics placed in the header and that conflicted with the slideshow.
