Hello,
First of all thanks for Phoca Gallery which is a very nice extension for Joomla.

I use Joomla 1.5.2 and Phoca Gallery 1.6.8
Everything works good excepted Piclens support.

I put in Parameters "Piclens support" and clicked on the PicLens button with all my categories selected. The message "PicLens RSS files created" appeared.

Unfortunately, no Piclens support appears on tmy website. (Piclens plugin has been installed and it works fine for an exemple with google image)

I suppose that my pb must come from what you call "Media RSS".
Maybe there is a module or a component which is not activated in my Joomla ?
I read your manual but nothing is mentionned about that.

Can somebody help me ? What should I do to activate "Media RSS" ?
Thanks a lot and sorry for my "bad english".

Unbelievable !

Fire fox Mac : PicLens installed ; Google Image works with PicLens (play button on the bottom left of each picture) ; Nothing in my website.
Safari Mac : PicLens installed ; No piclens play button on Google image neither on my website.

I don't know what to do.
What is your browser ? Mac or PC ?

Sorry again and thanks,

FF, IE6, IE7, IE8beta, Opera, Seamonkey (WinXP,Suse) .. I think it is not problem in your browsers, maybe there is some problem with dowloading data on your site, maybe problems with downloading needed data from PicLens... the problem has other user too... but I cannot say why it doesn't work sometimes on some servers...

Please download the Phoca Gallery version 1.7.1 ... Now there is some confusing behaviour of PicLens (not only in Phoca Gallery, in other galleries too) ... If the blue start icon will be not displayed, you can use the Phoca Gallery PicLens Start Button. If you use this button, users who have no PicLens support in their browser can see the PicLens slideshow too.
