Error 403 uploading images

I to have this problem when uploading images "upload failed (403)"
Also when I try to add multiple images to a gallery and open the relevant folder it only shows jpeg images, not other types that I have uploaded.

where you upload the image ... FTP or media manager ???

So the question is how to upload images in Joomla! (maybe you don't have rights to do it, maybe there is no place... there can be more problems....

Try to see the joomla.org forum, if there is a solution regarding the 403 problem in media manager.... or try to upload the image via ftp....

Yes I have the rights, as I have uploaded before with media manager.
