No editor and cannot insert image

I cannot use any editor, TinyMCE or JCE editor it does not display. When I try and insert an image into the header of a PDF it does nothing!

Any ideas?

UPDATE
Well I now have the editor working, I updated JCE to the latest version. However, I have now inserted an image, and made sure the link to the image is the full url including http://www etc but nothing now display on the PDF!

Hi, is displaying of images enabled in the Plugin, can the tcpdf reach (no problems with permissions) the image?

Well I do not know what happened, left my machine for 1 hour came back and now its putting the image in, so problem solved!
