Update Bug?

Hi Jan,

I just updated to 1.8 alpha, as I had a Problem with adding Images to the Gallery. Now after the Update, everything works fine again, except all Preferences are set back to standard values.
Are those values not saved in sql Database?

Hi Jan, thanks for your quick reply.

Anyway, just realized that when I click on a thumbail, the lightbox shows up with a 404 Error.
I updated from 1.6.8 to 1.8.0 alpha, then downgraded to 1.7.1 beta.
Same Problem appears.
Then downgraded to 1.6.5 beta, and popups now show up fine again.

This depends on Re-saving... After update, you must re-save the Menu link and the links will be repaired...

Hi,

I don`t have a menu link, I only use the module to access the gallery. All thumbs were displayed fine, except for large images.

For correctly acces, an Itemid should be created ... Try to create a menu link to Phoca Gallery categories... The modul will take this itemid and it should be correctly displayed ... (If you don't want to display the menu link to Phoca Gallery categories, you can create a menu group, add here the menu link and unpublish the menu group... menu group with link will be not displayed but the itemid will exist) ... maybe it will help
