not creating header or footer

installed component and plugin

published plugin and set up extension to show image in header and text in footer

all appears to be set up correctly but no header or footer is showing

and like i said, when you click the pdf button you get the standard joomla one. have installed 1.05 of both, because that worked elsewhere and i was having issues with the latest version 1.07 for component and 1.06 for plugin - running joomla 1.5.21

help would be appreciated

Hi, the link still includes: format=pdf. Try to check if the plugin is really enabled, see the sef settings in the plugin, set the standard settings for the sef (sef not used)

Hmm, then it seems like the plugin code cannot find and replace the standard pdf link
