Alignment problem: Item information too high

All,

When I create the invoice or delivery note, the information about all the products is written too high up the page and overwrites all the other information (as is shown in this example http://www.training4muscles.co.uk/T4M_Delivery_note.pdf )

Could anyone tell me where I can go to change this and also to change the font that all the details are in? I would like to use the same font all over.

I guess the main point of my question is what do I have to do to edit how the pdfs look like?
