I have also followed instructions but I can not create any invoices and pdf-files. When I push the pdf-icon I get an error. Where should I create the invoice and its layout, in joomla or in the html/php?

Sorry, but I need to know what you mean. I som instructions for dummies because I am new to this.
I think I have published the addon because I have uploaded it in Joomla/VM.
