Fatal error

Post by yayi »

Hello,

I have just installed Phocapdf (component and plugin). When I click on the icone "PDF" of an item, I have, in a new window of my navigator, the following message :

Fatal error: Call to protected method TCPDF::setPageFormat() from context 'JDocumentPhocaPDF' in /mnt/132/sdd/d/5/the_name_of_my_site/libraries/joomla/document/phocapdf/phocapdf.php on line 131

Thank you for your assistance.

Thank a lot for your reply.

I use the Phoca PDF component and plugin version 1.0.5

Furthermore, I actived the FTP mode and completed the server settings in the adminstrative back end with my FTP account. When I click on the icone "PDF" of an article, I have a great PDF... Is there a link between the activation of FTP mode and the your component which works fine now.

Best regards

Every Phoca extensions uses Joomla! framework, so it means it uses Joomla! JFile and JFolder methods which are accessing the files (view, edit, write, ...) So if you server needs, you can access your files and folders through the ftp ownership, Joomla! will access them throught ftp ownership (if enabled), then Phoca uses Joomla! methods.
