Display invoice error

First of all thanks for a very nice piece of work.
I have installed the phocapdf_virtuemart plugin and followed the installation instructions and allmost everything works.

When the customer want's to view his invoices in the "Account Maintenance" I get the following error:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /customers/stmlogic.com/stmlogic.com/httpd.www/jmla/administrator/components/com_phocapdf/assets/tcpdf/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/vendor/NARIXA_ApS_4cc16aade5c5f.jpg

When I view the pdf from the order list it works fine.

Hi, try to download all the latest extensions (Phoca PDF component and Phoca PDF VM Plugin) I have added some specific code to TCPDF library to fix the problem with image paths.

But I wonder why is there two pdf-icons for both invoice and delivery notes?

Hi, there was some problem but now it works ok.

Two icons are displayed only in case, the delivery is partial - e.g. delivered by two deliveries.
